The knife-handle painted in underglaze blue and turquoise and overglaze iron-red and yellow with a vase of luxuriant flowers and an Oriental holding a fan beneath a hut flanked by trees, the blade stamped A/LAVTRV beneath a crown; the fork-handle with an Oriental among pagodas and huts, with flowering shrubs and birds
