Collation: π2 a-l8 m4 (π1r title, π1v dedicatory poem by Johannes Franciscus Hostianus to Lodovicus Martinengus, a1r second title, a2r Filelfo's poem to Francesco Sforza, a4v Odae, m4r colophon, m4v blank). 94 leaves. 29 lines. Type: 11:110R. Woodcut ornamental initials, 3-5-line initial spaces with guide-letters. (A few leaves lightly stained, first two leaves guarded.) 18th-century Italian mottled sheep, flat spine gilt-stamped in compartments, red leather label, Locatelli or Lucatelli arms in gilt at foot of spine. Provenance: Locatelli or Lucatelli family (arms on spine).
