The later rectangular burr-elm top crossbanded with yew with a recessed moulded frieze above two short and four long graduated drawers with cock-beaded mouldings, later brass handles and escutcheons, the sides conformingly quarter-veneered on a moulded base with later scrolled bracket feet, with furniture depositories label to the reverse inscribed WHITE & CO., LTD.,...MARTIN COOPER...WINCHESTER, adapted from the top section of a tallboy
