The charcoal-black field with delicate scrolling palmette and flowerhead vine within arabesques and cloudbands around a blackcurrant-red and pistachio-green floral vine roundel enclosing a blackcurrant-red and ivory stylised floral rosette with birds and floral motifs and an ivory and light blue flowerhead panel centrepiece, the ivory and shaded pink arabesque spandrels with similar motifs, inner sandy yellow flowering vine stripe, in a golden yellow border of cloudbands around blackcurrant floral and inscription cartouches divided by smaller charcoal-black palmette cartouches, between pistachio-green and ivory meandering palmette vine stripes, outer barber-pole stripe
