Lot Essay

Ryk Le Sueur was baptised on 16 August 1767, the youngest son of Jacobus Johannes Le Sueur, a bailiff of Stellenbosch and Groot Drakenstein near Capetown. Ryk was a lawyer in Capetown, married on 11 March 1792 Helena Maria Geertruida Karnspek and died in 1822.
