The Phoenix Park races were run in two classes - junior up to and including 1100cc, and senior over 1100cc. It is not clear to whom this trophy was awarded but the class winner on handicap was Alan Potterton driving an MG Midget of 847cc, whilst Bobby Baird (Riley) from the scratch mark "made some fast laps" (Brendon Lynch - Green Dust). Baired finished 4th overall behind, Potterton, Cavanagh and Maclochlan with the winners speed being 58.55mph average.
This is believed to have been awarded to Baird in his 1100cc Riley.
