The serpentine cippolino rosso marble top above three shaped long drawers flanked by canted angles headed by scrolling foliate mounts and shaped sides, the stand with part-fluted frieze and shaped pierced apron with central C-scroll cartouche flanked by rockwork and scrolling foliage, on scrolling lappeted feet, the stand with indistinct German pencil inscription, the top drawer with paper label inscribed VF IIO, formerly with further decoration to the drawer-fronts, partially re-gilt, probably the base of a cabinet
