A NORTH EUROPEAN BRASS-MOUNTED AND INLAID EBONY ETAGERE
Mid-19th Century
Inlaid overall with banding, the panelled circular rim at the top surmounted by a triangular support with a swag and flaming urn-finial, above three supports joined by two circular tiers and a triangular tier with lotus-leaf banding mounted with circular flowerheads, terminating in acanthus feet with flowerhead medallions, on an ebonised concave-sided canted triangular base with foliate egg-and-dart border and cylindrical feet
