The upper part with a rectangular top above a pair of panel doors, the lower part with a sprung frieze drawer, centred with a circular medallion of Louis XIV, on four square tapering legs each headed by rams' masks and joined by a shaped undertier centred by a crowned orb with fleur-de-lis, on trimmed feet with acanthus, stamped to the back of the carcass HENRY DASSON 1882
