The central bunch of grapes forming a small tureen and surrounded by peaches, plums, an apple, hazelnuts and flowers enriched in petit feu colours on a white silver-shaped dish (two extensive areas of restoration to rim of dish, the cover broken in half and restuck, parts of branch on cover lacking), manganese B/8 mark

Almost identical fruit are to be found on the cover of a tureen illustrated by Spies, op. cit., pl. 120. No comparable example to the present lot would seem to be recorded.
