Scantily draped in classical robes painted with scattered indianische Blumen lined in yellow and edged in gilt, playing a lute, standing with one foot resting on a closed book before her, a hind reclining peacefully behind her, on a square base (she with middle finger of left hand restored, top of neck to lute restored, deer with one ear broken, restored and re-stuck, slight chips to base)
