Well modelled standing four-square on an unglazed rectangular base, with arched neck and head turned slightly to the left, covered overall with a mottled chestnut glaze except for the cropped mane, nose and curled tail covered in a straw glaze, the saddle and gathered blanket unglazed with traces of orange pigment remaining, tip of one ear and tail restored, legs restuck
