etchings, from the set of four, Holl. 18 second state (of four), Holl. 19 possibly an intermediate state between the first and second states (of three), Holl. 18 with watermark Foolscap (very similar to Heawood 2040), Holl. 19 with an unidentified watermark, with narrow margins, Holl. 18 with narrow margins on three sides and trimmed on or just within the platemark at the left sheet edge, with soft vertical creases, a loss at the upper right corner extending just into the subject, both with small tears and nicks mainly at the sheet edges, a few foxmarks, some thinning (backed) on the reverse, lesser defects
