In the form of a parrot's head with an iron-red beak and blue and green head, the two black-lined ogival cartouches painted with equestrian figures and merchants before monuments on quaysides, the gold mount chased with foliage and mounted on a cane, malacca very slight flaking to enamels of parrot's head
