On four lion's paw feet and square base, the partly-fluted circular body with reeded spigot and hinged foliate scroll and anthemion tap, reeded foliate bracket handles and domed cover with vase-shaped finial, engraved with a coat-of-arms, the cover with a crest, each beneath a Marquess' coronet, marked on base, cover and spigot
