A pair of Parthian gold earring pendants
1st-2nd Century A.D.
Each in the form of a stylized amphora, the body comprising a hollow openwork gold sphere decorated with granulation, the neck supporting two scrolling 'handles', the middle of the body surrounded by five hemispherical sheet gold bell-shaped pendants (one missing), a single gold wire below threaded with a pearl and a pomegranate-shaped bead
