Circular and on fluted spreading foot, the partly-fluted bowl with two lion's masks and drop-ring handles, with moulded rib and shaped husk, scroll and cherub mask rim, the body chased with two oval vacant scalework and scroll cartouches, marked on sides, the base stamped R&S GARRARD PANTON ST. LONDON
