On partly-fluted spreading circular foot, applied with trailing foliage, the baluster stem cast and chased with bands of beading and foliage, with four detachable leaf-capped scroll branches each terminating in beaded circular dish holder and with similar central light, the base engraved with a crest beneath Baron's coronet, marked on base, vine, stem, branches and central light
