A REGENCY GILTWOOD CONVEX MIRROR
The circular convex mirror plate in an ebonised reeded slip, in a reeded circular frame decorated with trailing vine leaves surmounted by a regardant dragon crest on a pinched pedestal, between conforming eagle-heads with acanthus leaf scrolls, the bottom centred by further scrolling acanthus leaves, between two scrolling candle branches, each with twisting stems issuing from cupped acanthus leaves, with candle nozzles, restorations and losses
