cover 1841 (8 Mar.), stereo missing, used from Edinburgh to Arbroath, bearing 1840 1d. plate VII, CC, good to very large margins, very neatly tied by black Maltese Cross with additional strike at left with red framed "PAID/1d.EXTRA" adjacent; the adhesive lifted and replaced and the envelope with some creasing and strengthened corner tear but otherwise fine.
