Cushion-shaped and with gadrooned shell, foliate scroll and anthemion borders, the detachable domed covers cast and chased with a band of shells and anthemions on a matted ground and with a band of flutes, each with detachable oak leaf, branch and acorn handle, the plain liners with two bracket handles, the liners and bases each later engraved with a crest and motto, the covers later applied twice with a coat-of-arms, marked on bases, liners, covers and handles
