The broad double-edged blade of flattened hexagonal section with broad central fuller between etched scrollwork and banners on each face of the forte, inscribed respectively 'No Me Saques Sin Razon' and 'No Me Metas Sin Onor', the tang enclosed in an iron sleeve, the iron hilt of Pappenheimer type with guard formed of a symmetrical arrangement of concentric slender bars (slight damage) framing two pierced and punched shells, slender vertically recurved quillons swelling into pyramidal-shaped terminals, slender knuckle-guard en suite, knob-shaped fluted pommel, and wire-bound wooden grip
