With three-stage cannon barrels, engraved tangs, signed breeches engraved with acanthus foliage, border engraved actions (one cock and both top jaws and screws replaced), moulded figured walnut butts each carved with foliage behind the barrel tang, engraved trigger-guard safety-catches, and silver mounts comprising trophy of arms side-plates, vacant foliate escutcheons, and grotesque mask pommels (iron parts with some light pitting, one barrel with some filling), London proof marks, silver maker's mark JA
