Circa 1755, blue crossed swords marks
Of lobed quatrefoil form with flared necks and convex bases, painted with hunting scenes including boar hunts, stag hunts and a bear hunt, with figures, some on horseback and some on foot chasing animals in landscape vignettes within moulded rococo foliate-scroll cartouches enriched in pink, turquoise and gilt, the baluster sections painted with bouquets within similar cartouches and with scattered flower-sprays, gilt line rims, one extensively cracked and with rim chip, the other with restored section to rim, associated hairline crack and chip
