Rectangular, woven with a repeat of the Imperial coat-of-arms in the centre, the border with two chained swans beneath an urn filled with flowers and fruit, linked by flower heads and scrolling acanthus leaves, monogramed in each corner with Cyrillic monogram, O N for Grand Duchess Olga Nicolaievna, surmounted by a crown; with twenty-four matching napkins

This collection of table linen was part of the trousseau given to Grand Duchess Olga Nikolaievna by her father on her wedding to Charles I, King of Württemberg on 1/13 July 1846.
