The bottle of well-proportioned globular form rising from a short ring foot to the tall, cylindrical neck ending in a rolled lip, painted in underglaze blue above a double line with two stands of bamboo, a tall orchid plant and two dragonflies, a further narrow blue line encircling the foot--8in. (20.4cm.) high, restored break at neck
