The arched case with domed lid with brass gallery and foliate urn finial, the glazed door flanked by fluted brass colonettes with similar urn finials on ball feet, the silvered chapter ring within mask and scroll cast spandrels and with maker's signature medallion in the arch, the single fusee movement with anchor escapement
