WALT DISNEY STUDIOS
A contract between Walter Disney and Walt Disney Productions, dated the 11th of March, 1940 for employemnt. This agreement employs Walt for the period of seven years, as superivisor for the creation and production of motion pictures as well as all other products and gives him full power over all general business and employees. It summaries his complete duties and restraints within the entertainment business. The contract is for $2000 a week and gives Dinsey full rights to use of his name. The contract is signed by Walt's secretary, vice-president and himself.
