A VICTORIAN SILVER TWO HANDLED CENTERPIECE BOWL, maker's mark of Mappin & Webb, Sheffield, 1899, partly stop-lobed deep oval, on four foliate scroll bold supports, the sides with shaped oval cartouche, one engraved with coat-of-arms, helm and crest, within foliate scrolls and bold trailing floral surround, on finely stippled ground, quartered by laurel leaf, with two elaborate foliate flying scroll handles, with applied foliate rim--length over handles--17¼in.
