Finely worked on the front and back in satin stitch, Peking knot and couched gold threads, with large floral roundels incorporating Daoist emblems, interspersed with floral sprays, bats and Buddhistic emblems, with yellow cuffs decorated with cranes and deer, the black ruyi- form collar decorated with birds and various flowers, picked out predominantly in blue threads against a bright red ground
