Half-Eagle, 1795, heraldic eagle, four berries, sixteen stars reverse, obverse and reverse designed by Robert Scot (Breen 7X, rarity 5) reverse die cracks and a small bump on the rin below the eagle's tail, extremely fine to almost uncirculated, struck after June 1, 1796; the sixteen reverse stars allude to Tennessee the sixteenth state of the Union, most likely coined in 1797
