Oblong, the hinged cover with bright-cut engraved foliage, thistles, harps and crowns, the center with the Cork coat-of-arms and motto STATIO BENE FIDA CARINIS and with the inscription The Freedom at Large of the City of Cork, was unanimously Voted to ADMIRAL SIR EDMOND NAGLE, KCB As a Testimony of the High Opinion the Common Council entertain of his Gallant Services to his Country. 16th Jan.y 1821, Sir A.
