Vase-form, on spreading circular base, chased with a band of bellflowers within strapwork on a matted ground, the lower body applied with strapwork, female heads and shells with mid-band above, engraved with a coat-of-arms within a baroque cartouche with grotesque figures and brickwork, with two tubular scroll handles, the domed cover with conforming decoration and baluster finial, G.D.W. prick engraved under base, marked under base
