A PLAINS BEADED HIDE BOW CASE AND QUIVER
Possibly buffalo hide, sinew sewn, the quiver case decorated with blue, red and yellow beads on white beaded ground at top and bottom holding ten arrows with metal tips, strap attached, hide fringe, the bow case with similar coloration of beadwork and fringe with line of blue beads extending from top to bottom

Provenance
Collected by Charles Weimar (1828-1862), a German artist who was known for his paintings of American Indians during the 19th century. Weimar settled in St. Louis, Missouri.
