A CHEYENNE BOY'S BEADED HIDE BOW CASE AND QUIVER
Hide case, sinew sewn with bands of beadwork at the top and the bottom in stepped triangular motifs of blue, translucent red, green and yellow beads on a beaded ground, with fringe attachments, the quiver with similar patterning, the strap beaded at ends in a bar motif of translucent yellow and blue beads, a bow and two arrows

Provenance
Former collection of Harvey Johnson, western artist and charter member of the Cowboy Artists of America. Mr. Johnson employed his Plains Indian artifacts as props for his paintings.
