A MEISSEN SHAPED-RECTANGULAR TWO-HANDLED DISH
LATE 19TH CENTURY, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK

With green branch handles terminating in flowerheads, the center finely painted in colour with a scene of two couples fishing by the seaside with ships and other fisher-folk in the distance within elaborate gilt surround, the shaped rim with a further band of gilt, some chips to flowers, 9in. (23cm.) wide; together with a Vienna circular two-handled reticulated bowl, painted with birds, crack, 9 3/8in. (23.8cm.) diam.; and a Berlin saucer, circa 1780, painted with goats foraging in a landscape, gilt rim worn (3)
