REIGN OF THE GUDEA, CIRCA 2160-2145 B.C.
The stamped cuneiform insrciption reading, "For Ningirsu, the mightly warrior of Enlil, Gudea, governor of Lagash, he made the suitable thing appear, the Ninnu-house, his white Anzu-Bird, he built for him, he restored it to its proper place"
