Carved in raised relief, perhaps representing Hathor or Isis in profile to the right, wearing a vulture headdress surmounted by a modius supporting traces of cow's horns and a sun disc, the single column of hieroglyphs at the left identify her as "the mistress of all of the gods, the one who is in the midst of..."
