A silver-mounted lidded flagon
with cylindrical black and white-variagated marble body, flaring foot, scroll handle and domed hinged cover with cut card and baluster finial and openwork thumb piece, the mounts probably 17th Century, the handle bearing an unidentified mark only, possibly Provincial, the body 19th Century - 10½in. (26.75cm.)
