A mid 19th Century tray and an Old Sheffield plate two-handled warming stand,
the former of oval form and with a slat-pierced border with beaded edge, the ground engraved with a Greek Key frieze and a narrower foliate frieze surrounding a rubbed-in cartouche, the reverse with a plate with legend: "James Dixon & Sons, Sheffield", an armorial with crown above - 16¼in. (41.25cm.), the rounded oblong warming stand with ivory handles and floral and foliate-capped lion's paw feet, the centre later-pierced to form a jardinière. (2)
