'Poppies and Lillies', a painting in gouache and highlighted in gold on silk depicting butterflies in flight above a dense cluster of wild poppies and lillies amongst grasses and trees -- 29½in. x 45in. (75cm x 114.3cm), silk embroidered border, framed and glazed, signed T. Sato and sealed, original label to the reverse of 'The Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours' inscribed with the artist's name, title of the painting and dated April 1917.
