A LARGE CARVED LONGQUAN CELADON DISH
MING DYNASTY

Carved to the centre with a shaped panel enclosing interlocking cash under an incised checker board, the well with loosely drawn floral sprays issuing tendrils, all within line borders, the exterior undecorated covered overall in a thick celadon glaze of rich olive-green tone
17 3/4 in. (45.2 cm.) diam.
