Hine Grande Champagne Cognac--Vintage 1985
Roughly the equivilent of twelve dozen bottles and currently held as part of a full cask. Originally purchased from John Harvey & Sons, Bristol, the cask has been kept in ideal conditions. I t will remain in place until the bottling date which is likely to be 2000, or as determined by M. Bernard Hine on his annual inspection and tasting.
The exact quantity will be determined as one half of the exact number of bottles filled from the whole cask at the time of bottling. This is expected to be plus or minus twelve dozen bottles.
The cost of storage (currently (16.16 per annum), including insurance, and the cost of bottling (currently (50 + VAT per cask) will be the responsibility of the buyer
