The editor of Vinotheque arranged a dinner in Tokyo to see which rosé champagnes went best with Japanese food: the clear winner was the Comte de Champagne Rosé! The '85 has a good pink colour, is not too dry and has a delicious, rather fruity flavour. With or without sushi, delicious. MB
