Once again, ideal autumn ripening conditions and "noble rot". Curiously, only one note when it was nearly ruined by placing it with Michel Roux's out-of-this-world crème brulée at a Diner's Club Vintage evening. In fact this powerful wine went well with the Stilton. A long life ahead. MB
