I well recall an early tasting of '79 and '81 Pomerols with Moueix, and being impressed by their fruit and flesh. The '81 Pétrus last noted at a "Klassische Weindegustation" I conducted for VINUM in Zurich: fleshy, rounded, attractive fruit. This was three years ago. MB
