An 18th century continental crysmatory
of cylindrical form with reeded borders, a domed cover chased with a border of stiff leaves, the whole pulling into sections revealing a covered compartment with divisions and another 'well' compartment, initialled, makers mark HD conjoined and another indistinct mark, a divided shield with a cross in one half and a device in the other, possibly low countries/Baltic/German - 6.5cm high, 3oz.
