Second Half 17th Century, By Marcus de Vos
Woven with scenes representing the months of September and October, with duck hunters in the foreground with their dogs, farmers harvesting grapes and apple gatherers in the trees with a village in the distance, the lower selvedge with the Brussels townmark and inscribed 'M.D.VOS', the borders woven with hunting and marine trophies alternating with dense fruit and flowers

Another example depicting September/October, but with a different border was in the inventory of French & Co. circa 1907-14. A tapestry from this series representing the months of January/February, but with yet a third border design, was in the same inventory circa 1907-18.
