The upper section carved with cherubs and figural uprights fitted with a central architecturally carved door enclosing three short drawers, flanked to either side by further conforming doors, one fitted with three short drawers, surrounded by eight drawers, the lower section fitted with a frieze drawer with two panelled doors below centred with jovial masks and flanked by tapering pilasters headed with figural carvings, with a gadrooned frieze, on paw feet, some loss of carving

The decorative scheme of this cabinet is based on that of the Intaglio A Bambocci which was popular in Liguria and Genova in the 17th century
