Of circular form, with separate hammered copper base, the cover with mandala, consisting of a roundel with nine Buddhist emblems, surrounded by other emblems, in a square palace, four entrances, amidst various Buddhist emblems and offerings, bordered by lotus petals and flames, the side with lengthy inscription in dBu.can script and a pair of looped handles for attachment
